DON’T deal with these people. CROOKS… I went to the office to cancel my insurance and I was told that just do not pay it and it will cancel automatically. 2 months later I received a collection letter. called progressive but they tell me that INSURANCE MAX is the one who needs to take care of it not them.
Well, several visits to the office, calls, and never got it resolved. The owner never called me back even though the employees kept telling me he will call me to resolve the problem. I ended up paying the collections because I did not want my good credit to be damaged because this crooks…
Basically, they make money in lower income places and sell products that people do not need and sent you bills just to earn commissions from the insurance companies. I should have known better, but I learned. I simply tried to buy in Detroit but not WORTHY… these people just do business in the city to take advantage of the poor….STAY AWAY…
