This agency is terrible at providing support of insurance issues and termination of service. My auto insurance rates doubled over the course of several months, and I could not afford the higher rates in relation to my budget. I was unable to keep the Nationwide policy.
My bank account was charged for the usual monthly insurance billing, and I cancelled the policy two days later. A refund was suppose to be returned to me. However, this has never occurred.
It has been over a month since the policy has been cancelled, and this agency has never returned my repeated calls requesting an explanation for not receiving the refund to date. This agency and Nationwide are definitely not on any bodies side!
