Biggest rip off’s. they will sell you a tow package and lie to you and say it’s a part of the down payment. Look for your down payment, it’s on the application.
Also, the insurance carrier will send you a packet which will have your down payment information. If you go to la insurance and talk to Jennifer about where your money went, she will lie to you and say it’s state fee’s, which is untrue.
Be careful. they are scams! Michigan ave location is the worst!
