Called to ask a simple question about my policy, and was treated rudely by a combative and unhelpful representative. With as much patience as I could muster, I continued to speak calmly and as clearly as possible.
The representative chose to maintain an annoyed tone throughout the conversation (as if to say, “the nerve you have to call and ask about your policy”). With many other insurance agents to choose from in the area, I would recommend searching for one that treats customers and callers with at least a modicum of respect and an intent to help, rather than as a nuisance.
We’ve worked with Huntington Insurance for years! We no longer live in the Braintree area but still work with Huntington due to their great customer service! Tom and Diane are the best!
