My family and I have been dealing with these adjusters for almost 2 weeks. They have been nothing but rude to my husband and I. A FedEx driver backed into my daughter and 17-month-old granddaughter, pushing her vehicle 20 feet. The driver got out of his vehicle, cursing and never not once acknowledged there was a toddler in the car! That attitude was just the beginning of the chain.
The adjuster is not staying in contact with us. The car sat in an impound for days before we learned it had to be at a body shop before he would even deal with it. My daughter was without transportation for almost a week. Now they finally provided a rental car but will not cover any insurance on it. I am 100% liable. We are not asking for much. Just a rental so she can get to college, school, and internship job.
NO ONE has very apologized for the situation we are in, they are just treating us like crap! If it wasn’t for the FedEx driver crashing into my daughter, we wouldn’t be in this situation and we sure as heck didn’t ask to be here!

Awful management.
I was hit by a FedEx truck over a month ago. Driver failed to check his rear-view mirrors and didn’t even see me. I provided this company with the police report and repair estimate.
It’s been over 2 weeks and they have not returned my phone calls. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service. Fedex is liable for my damages and there is no excuse for this delay in resolution.
This is the best insurance claims adjusting company I have ever dealt with. Professional, courteous, and hard-working.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I left pictures of my totaled car that was a result of a FedEx semi veering over the road line and sending me into the highway barrier (also pictured to show how bad the accident was).
Despite a police report confirming the FedEx truck is at fault, and numerous methods of contact (e-mail, mail, phone) I am still awaiting compensation from the accident on October 15. The insurance adjustor I was given, Ray Nordo, from this company will not answer any phone calls at any time of day.
I have contacted him, as have two other insurance adjustors from my insurance company, and haven’t heard anything beyond his excuse that he just received the file (it was sent three weeks prior four times). This is absolutely ludicrous service and a terrible reflection on FedEx.
I recommend pursuing a claim with the Better Business Bureau (of which they are not accredited by) to get what money you can back before they ghost you again. This is a major lawsuit waiting to happen and depending on how my BBB claim goes, I may just pursue that.
