I am very disappointed in the service I received at this insurance agency. He talked a good talk but, in the end, could not give me a lower price than any other agent.
On top of that, what should’ve taken a day to get a quote took 5 days. I had to call numerous times to make sure they were even still figuring things out for me. I even had my mortgage company call and give them all the info on my house. And to top it off I was given a quote (home flood insurance) for an address that doesn’t exist. What a waste of my time.
I guess I should give a disclaimer that I only dealt with Tom Lucas the first time I called and then I was passed on to one of his employees, who will remain nameless, but she definitely needs a course in customer service skills.
