I had a problem in my home and I made the mistake of using this company. they are non-responsive to my needs, but they were very responsive to having you sign an over inflated commission form. then they became again non-responsive to keeping me in informed with what was happening with my claim.
it has been months and I had to chase them around to get nearly small bits of information. Do yourself a favor and find someone who knows what customer service is about, because this company does not have a clue.
This public adjuster came into my home, promised my wife and I they would take care of us, and we would not lose a cent. Problems began when they refused to return phone calls, never provided information as stated on the contract, withheld our money after the insurance company paid them. These were just some of the problems.
In the end, it was determined had we not used Advanced Public Adjuster, we would have gotten back an additional 3,000 dollars. Instead the money went into the pocket of ADA/Greg Micucci. Basically we paid them to represent us out of money that we would have gotten back for the damage to our home.
This guy is a and liar, and far from a professional business man. If you have damage to your home, hire contractors, submit the proposals to your insurance company, DON’T DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.

At the end of the job, (the product of which I liked) there were problems between him and the person who actually completed the work on the house. I was placed in the middle, was contacted by an attorney and threatened to be sued for money I had already paid. It was extremely unprofessional. I was hung up on, on 2 occasions. I will never do business with him again and would never recommend him to someone.
