After 20 years of being his customer he didn’t stick up for me he left me to the work by myself with the adjuster,contractors, and the insurance company and while his opinion wasn’t that I got hosed he stuck up for the insurance company and justified them rather than fighting for me.
I submit to you that had Herb shown an interest in backing me I would still be with him. You need an agent willing to go the fence for you. Ps you won’t know until there is a major loss in your life, hopefully, it never happens to you.
