Very congenial, personable guy, but once you have a policy with him, you will have to go somewhere else if you need service. I have never had him answer the phone when I call his office, and only once did his assistant return a call.
You will be left in limbo, having to go elsewhere to change, modify, etc you policy or policies. Great guy, but not a good agent. He does not service what he sells.
