I would not recommend Ricky Noles as an insurance agent. My parents were dedicated customers with Ricky and State Farm for over 20 years. When they received policy rate increases, Ricky, and his staff convinced them to stay by absorbing the rate increases through increased deductibles.
Fast forward to 2012 and my mother recently passed away leaving the house to her children. We received a letter from Ricky canceling our policy as he states the house is no longer occupied even though we are at the house almost every weekend going through our mother’s things and getting it ready to sell. He didn’t even call us. Is that how you treat a customer of over 20 years?
Do not do business with this unethical and uncaring person.
