I was charged $165 a month for full coverage w/no perks. Payment for car ins was higher than my new car payment.
When I found new ins w/roadside assistance and more for $97 thru Progressive, I asked when was a good time to cancel and do the switch without having a lapse in and not getting charged again? Eli there mislead me, told me to just call it in by the end of the month. When I did he said I didn’t give enough heads up and they took the money out of the bank anyway.
I couldn’t pay all my bills because of that mistake. They told me I have to wait 10 days to get a refund. Altogether a very bad experience with them. I don’t recommend them to anyone.
