They are out for the money! This particular insurance company dropped me after filing 1 claim ( I have had 3 vehicles covered) in 4 years. This was a claim for hail damage cost under $1000. Not only did they drop me but, they did not even notify me.
I paid my bill last month called today to pay and they informed me that I haven’t been insured since July 20 (where is the money I paid last month then). They let me know they would reinstate my insurance but asked for $120 more (for 1 vehicle) to start and my monthly insurance would go up an additional $52.00
Sorry, but this is not good service.
