This is not health insurance or even a health plan, this is a big scam to take people’s money. first, I visited the US health work which is listed in their network and I ended paying the full amount, they said because it’s considered an emergency while it’s listed in their handbook for $10 per visit.
second, this time, I called and asked them to refer me to gynecologist, and when I called and got an appointment I asked about the cost. I have been told that I need to pay the full amount , I called them back and asked about the reason, they said because it’s the first visit.
These people are a scam and have nothing to do with the health care. be careful before you will be one of their victims.
