I am a customer of GAC who, for whatever reasons… cannot get the auto withdrawal process to pay my health insurance premium. When I call in and complain, I am told they changed banks and apparently the auto withdrawals are screwed up or the person setting things up doesn’t know what they are doing! I’ve called in talked with Crystal who said she’s working on it…. well ok… but my premium for this month STILL has not been debited from my account. I’ve already sent in TWO VOIDED CHECKS since the banks were changed.
