I would not recommend Julie Reedy or the Coup Agency. Here are a few reasons:
– There is no email communication. Everything is in person, on the phone, or snail mail. I would prefer email.
– The office feels quite outdated. Everything is old. I have not seen such an old typewriter in a long time.
– Twice I signed up for insurance through the Coup Agency and twice the insurance company canceled the policy for basic reasons that the Coup Agency should have known ahead of time.
I have been working with the Coup Agency & Julie Reedy for over 10 years and I have always been pleased with their service. I am confident that Julie offers me the best coverages for my business as well personal insurance.
She has contacted me on more than one occasion letting me know that she “shopped” my insurance and will be lowering my rates. She takes the extra step when it comes to customer service and that’s not seen very often in today’s world.
I highly recommend the Coup Agency and Julie Reedy to anyone shopping for insurance.
I decided to leave a comment because I thought of Julie our agent during this recent storm when we were preparing. Years ago we had back up of water and Julie went as far as to deliver a sump pump to us. She handled our claim immediately and has always serviced us beyond our expectations.
