The owner (Bryan Craig) is a habitual liar. He along with his staff engage in senseless games that are designed to waste vendor’s and prospect’s time.
The nature of this organization is sadistic; they derive pleasure out of wasting other people’s time.
You’re generally going to contact your insurance agent when something goes wrong. Ideally, you want an agency that will abide by their word and get back to you during your time of need.
Based on my limited exposure to this organization, I don’t see how this is possible.
In my 18 years of working with independent/captive insurance agencies, I’ve never dealt with an agency as unprofessional as this one and until today, I have never left a negative review for an insurance agency or vendor relationship.
