My daughter purchased a vehicle warranty though Fred Martin, which is under this company. It’s called Protective. Vehicle broke down the last day of her warranty and had it towed to a nearby auto shop.
She purchased the car from Fred Martin, where she paid around $1,300.00 for the warranty. Ins said that it was ultimately up to Protective.
I think they could have done more to help my daughter since it was under warranty at the time of the towing date to the auto shop. She’s 22 and bought her car on her birthday in 2012 and broke down on her birthday 2014.
Maybe think twice about buying this warranty through this company
Thanks, Sabino brothers, for helping out.
