I give Maury a poor rating. He wrote my flood policy on my townhouse that was flooded during Harvey.
He wrote the policy incorrectly and did not include the structure, only contents.
He would not admit his mistake, even though he was covered by an error and omissions policy.
Luckily my HOA had a separate policy for the building and the structure was rebuilt/repaired to cost replacement less depreciation.
My advice is to steer very clear of this agent.
From 1st hand experience, during a horrific disaster he was no where around when I needed him most.
