Customer service is clearly not their strong point.
You can find an insurance agent almost anywhere. They all pretty much offer the same deals and policies. What makes an agent great is how they treat potential clients, current clients and even the clients of competitors.
Do not expect “the customer is always right” motto. I had a discussion with them that became heated because their clerk Sherry was more interested in proving she was right than helping. When I ask to speak to the agent Lisa, it only got worse and eventually I was hung up on. It was what it was and they lost our business.
My advice, find another agent who makes Customer Service a high priority, even when it is difficult.
