I will NEVER use this agent’s services again.
I had previously used them and was quite pleased, however, 2 months ago I spoke with Carmen and was informed that my rate would be $125 for auto insurance and renter’s insurance combined should I wait until the end of May 2013 once an accident/ticket was off my record.
I received no follow up call in May which I was expecting so I called myself. A young man said it was a mistake and would not be off my record until 2014 and that it wasn’t his “problem” that I was misquoted. I’ve worked in the insurance/annuity industry and when you quote something, you HONOR that quote! It had already been sent to underwriting and the quote was approved.
I am so disappointed in this office and will NEVER use their services again and will also report their office to the BBB and inform my friends/clients against using their company/firm.
