Horrible!! LIAR, LAZYYYYYYYY, IRRESPONSIBLE, WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS AGENCY.
The whole agency is one person and he does not know how to manage his job either. He just trying to be nice at the first visit and once you sign the contract then he does not care about anything. He never answers the calls and for everything, he says he will call you later and never answers back.
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE AND BE RELAX GOD FORBIDDEN IF YOU GOT IN AN ACCIDENT NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE.
