My worst experience with any of the insurance brokers! Highly unprofessional to the point of disgust.
He called me based on information obtained from my online quote. He started to collect information and then asked what is my current premium. I stated that I’m interested in alternative quotes and will not disclose current premium after which he immediately hung up without saying a word. Yes, he just hung up on me in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
I have never had such bad experience. Beware. I suggest to avoid such impolite and rude people. There are tons of good brokers…
