I had my insurance for more than 10 years with Sid. When I finally had a claim, his office was unresponsive and nonchalant. The did not try to work with me or claims dept as we haggled through the process (claims, of course, did not want to pay – but that’s State Farm not this office).
It appears to me, this office just wants to make money and not help their clients. I am sorry to have wasted so much time and money here. I would not recommend them.
