Very poor, the worst!
I was a customer for 10 years, never a late payment or even a claim. Then, he refuses to renew my policy and lies about the condition of my house in order to do it. Didn’t lift a finger to keep me as a client, quite the opposite, I was immediately adversarial on the phone and even insulting.
Very happy to switch to a different provider–which was what he clearly wanted also.
