Zero Stars.
This place is NOT a very nice place to work. They have a terrible reputation with Nevada State Unemployment as being a place that abuses and is overbearing on their employees. Most employees either have to take the abuse or quit. As a result, even in this economy, most employees only last a few months. VaDonna and Jackie are the worst abusers.
This place needs a complete investigation by the State for health violations as well. The place is deliberately kept VERY COLD (below 60 degrees) all year around. The ventilation system has never been cleaned and has caused many employees to get sick. Ironically, if you take too many sick days (which is caused by the unhealthful workplace) you are FIRED?
Upstairs, where the slave factory workers are is the main problem. Downstairs, where the patients are seen is cosmetically covered up to deceive the true conditions in the building. The patients are just NOT getting the care that they deserve by the clinical staff.
This place should either be completely investigated, or they should be shut down.
