Wahoo, I am in the service business but never run into this kind of service in my life. It took them a week processing for something that should have taken 1-2 business days.
I never got any direct answer for what is the status with my application. when after 9 days I got so tired from waiting and lost my Patience with then and promises I will share my experiences about the service with the rest of you out there, it took them literally 3 minutes to call back and say that they got a hold of someone over there after all ( after I was told that they can only use email as contact) and that I got denied and cannot be quoted.
This is not the first time I am dealing with insurance companies but this one is just bad. I am just use to having a direct conversation with agent that are there looking for my interest. I lost 9 days on a this – just wanted to share this with you out there
