The price Mike gave me when I began my policy has not matched anything that I have been charged yet. At first, it was $10 more, then $20 more, now he’s charging me $50 more than what is on my policy paperwork. He doesn’t return phone calls and blames his assistant when you’re lucky enough to get him on the phone for 5 minutes.
I’m looking for a new policy as I type this. If you like to know how much money you’re going to have each month, don’t do business with this agency.
