Got a quote, told Taylor to do it.I got a bill 2 weeks later for $70 above the quote! Asked him why, and he said “because I had 8 chickens”, and he knew this when he looked over the property before I got the bill. So why didn’t he tell me this before he signed me up?
Then I canceled the insurance with him because of the bait and switch scam, and I never get the premium returned after he got the cancellation notice. I called the Insurance co. they say they never got the cancel order from Taylor Ins. So I call Taylor Ins. They say “hum, must of been a mix up, we will resend it into the Ins. Co.” Took 8 weeks to get the refund.
Taylor is a scam and incompetent as a professional insurance agent. He has no idea what fiduciary duty to a client means, but he will if he keeps doing these type of things. Ohio Dept of Ins will pull his license.
