You know those State Farm TV commercials that say, “Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is there.” Well, not at Nadine Toles they aren’t. Customer service at this place is non-existent!
Their agents don’t seem to be stay employed there for more than year (mine switched 3 or 4 times in 3 years), and whenever you call, you’re lucky your agent is available to talk to you. You almost always have to leave a message, and when you do, you’re lucky if you get a callback.
Worst customer service ever!
