My family has had a policy with this company for several years. It has been six months since our house fire and they are still coming up with excuses not to pay our claim. Our adjuster, D.O., has been very rude and unhelpful.
Then today we thought we were finally going to get settled(for MUCH less than our loss) and when we finally got a hold of the man (he is very difficult to reach) he stated “I don’t have anything to do with that anymore, I turned your policy over to another adjuster. You will have to contact them.” this has been the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.
So for anyone thinking of taking insurance out with this company, I only have one piece of advice: run and run fast. Current policyholders should definitely think of changing companies before you have a major loss of insured property and something like this happens to you.
