Awful customer service.
If you need anything done, you have to do it twice. I had to change the account I was paying from personal to business. Apparently doing it once wasn’t enough so I had to call a second time when no changes were made.
Then, when I canceled the account after closing my business, they still charged me the next month and now my bank is overdrawn. It’s been 3 weeks, and since they are writing a check, my bank account cannot be closed, otherwise I can’t cash it.
Steer clear.
