Joe Wardell is a real nice man, but unfortunately, if I needed to get some information, or ask a question, he normally didn’t return my call. At one point we had 3 vehicles, and 2 homes insured through his agency…but no more.
I’ve found a local agent who will answer all my questions. I believe Joe has a rather small office without an assistant, so it’s probably hard for him to keep up with things on a day to day basis…like customer service.
