I have been a client of American National Insurance for over five years for home, multiple autos, recreational vehicles, and three investment properties. I was always happy with American National until we moved and started using a new local agent Mark Woods ( 7845 E Evans Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85260 ).
Not only did Mark seem to rely on his office assistant to do everything (this is my assumption because he would never provide quotes, answer questions or return calls), but we had nothing but errors with our policy, we are on auto pay every month but still had a bill sent to collections due to Mark s error, no notice, no apology, nothing.
I was very unhappy with Marks service and am in the process of switching everything to another insurance provider. One consumer to another, do yourself a favor and choose another agency that knows how to do their job and cares about their customers.
I have been a client of Mark Woods for 10 years. He has always provided fast reliable service and handled every inquiry and claim with care and in a timely manner. He has an office assistant that is always courteous and efficient.
